Golden Turmeric Banana Nice Cream
Ingredients
- 5 frozen bananas (very ripe)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (full fat)
- 1 tablespoon fresh turmeric
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground black pepper
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender until smooth.
