Guacamole with Top Health
Ingredients
- 3 avocados
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 tomato, seeded
- 1 handful cilantro
- juice of 1 lime
- 3 jalapeños (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon Top Health (Okami Bio)
Preparation
Mash the avocados in a bowl until smooth.
Finely chop the onion, tomato, and cilantro.
Add the chopped onion, tomato, and cilantro to the mashed avocados.
Squeeze in the juice of the lime and stir to combine.
Mix in the cumin and Top Health until evenly distributed.
If desired, add the chopped jalapeños for extra heat and stir well.
