Healthy Vegan Nutella Spread for Toasts

Ingredients

  • 3 cups roasted hazelnuts
  • 30ml hazelnut milk
  • lots of cacao powder
  • 150g dates
  • pinch of salt
  • bit of vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Even though hazelnuts are optional, roast them in the oven at 180°C for around 15 minutes to enhance flavor.

  2. Blend the roasted hazelnuts with a pinch of salt, a bit of vanilla extract, and the other ingredients in a high-speed blender until you achieve the desired consistency.

  3. Adjust the texture by adding more liquid, such as hazelnut milk or water from soaked dates.

  4. You can use either soaked dates or unsoaked dates for this recipe.

  5. Feel free to add more ingredients to make it even more delicious, and try it out to see if you like it.
