Homemade Peanut Butter from Scratch
Ingredients
- 200 grams peanuts
- 3-4 dates (optional)
- salt to taste
Preparation
Roast 200 grams of peanuts at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
Allow the peanuts to cool completely.
Blend the peanuts, adding 3-4 dates if desired for sweetness.
Continue blending until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Tips
Store the peanut butter in a jar and enjoy it within 2 weeks for best freshness.
