Homemade Peanut Butter from Scratch

Ingredients

  • 200 grams peanuts
  • 3-4 dates (optional)
  • salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Roast 200 grams of peanuts at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.

  2. Allow the peanuts to cool completely.

  3. Blend the peanuts, adding 3-4 dates if desired for sweetness.

  4. Continue blending until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

  5. Add salt to taste and mix well.

Tips

  1. Store the peanut butter in a jar and enjoy it within 2 weeks for best freshness.
