Purple Dip with Red Cabbage and Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 red cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons plant-based natural yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons plant-based creme fraiche
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Handful of walnuts
  • Salt, pepper
  • Handful of fresh dill

Preparation

  1. Puree all ingredients together.

  2. Serve with more dill and crunched up walnuts on top.
