Purple Dip with Red Cabbage and Walnuts
Ingredients
- 1/2 red cabbage
- 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 1/2 red onion
- 5 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons plant-based natural yogurt
- 3 tablespoons plant-based creme fraiche
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Handful of walnuts
- Salt, pepper
- Handful of fresh dill
Preparation
Puree all ingredients together.
Serve with more dill and crunched up walnuts on top.
