Simply Delicious Vegan Bolognese

Ingredients

  • Beyond Meat ground beef
  • San Marzano tomatoes
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Carrot
  • Celery
  • Parsley
  • Basil
  • Vegan Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Chop the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery.

  2. Sauté the chopped vegetables in a large pot until softened.
