Single Serve Potato Gratin with Vegan Cheese
Ingredients
- 2-3 potatoes per ramekin
- 150ml oat cooking cream
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Parsley
- Vegan cheese
- Chives
- Oil for greasing
Optional additions
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Shallot onion fond
- Bread crumbs
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Peel and thinly dice the potatoes.
Mix oat cooking cream with salt, black pepper, and parsley. Optionally, add garlic powder, onion powder, or shallot onion fond.
Grease the ramekin with oil.
Layer potato slices at the bottom of the ramekin, pour over some of the cream mixture, and repeat layers.
Top with vegan cheese, parsley, and chives. Optionally, add bread crumbs.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on the thinness of the potato slices.
After half the baking time, cover the ramekins with foil or parchment paper to prevent the top from burning.
Serve and enjoy.
