Spicy Roasted Cauliflower Quinoa Bowl

Preparation
Wash and cut the cauliflower into steaks.
Season the cauliflower with olive oil, Akika seasoning, garlic, salt, pepper, Unami seasoning, and adobo powder.
Roast the cauliflower at 425°F until fork tender, about 25 minutes.
Mix the sauce by combining tahini, lemon juice, water, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro.
Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
Prepare mixed vegetables with lemon, garlic, and dill; sauté until slightly softened.
Assemble the dish by combining the roasted cauliflower, cooked quinoa, prepared vegetables, and drizzling with the tahini sauce.
