Ingredients

Dressing
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- dash of garlic powder
- dash of ginger powder
- 1/4 cup water to thin
Preparation
Roast the tofu until golden and crispy.
Cook the quinoa according to package instructions.

In a bowl, mix all dressing ingredients until smooth, adjusting with water for desired consistency.
