The Chic Pea Salad

Ingredients

  • Multigrain Toast
  • Chic Pea Salad
  • Alfalfa Sprouts
  • Avocado
  • Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
  • Hot Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper
  • CASHEW MAYO
  • 3/4 cups raw soaked Cashews
  • 1/2 cup Water (more if needed)
  • 2 Tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Pinch of salt
  • (Optional: add a 1/3 cup soft or silken tofu)

Preparation

  1. Blend in a high speed blender until think and creamy ... texture and taste will develop once refrigerated
