The Chic Pea Salad
Ingredients
- Multigrain Toast
- Chic Pea Salad
- Alfalfa Sprouts
- Avocado
- Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
- Hot Sauce
- Salt & Pepper
- CASHEW MAYO
- 3/4 cups raw soaked Cashews
- 1/2 cup Water (more if needed)
- 2 Tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
- Pinch of salt
- (Optional: add a 1/3 cup soft or silken tofu)

Blend in a high speed blender until think and creamy ... texture and taste will develop once refrigerated
