Tomato Sauce with Basil
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 shredded carrot
- 1 big handfull of haricot verts (frozen)
- 1 big handfull of kale (frozen)
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 390 g tomato sauce with basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Preparation
Shred the carrot, chop the onion and add them to a pan on medium heat
Fry it off for a minute in some oil
Add the rest of the ingredients and let everything simmer on low heat
I served my dish with spagetti but it would work just as fine with quinoa, potatoes or rice
