Tomato Sauce with Basil

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 shredded carrot
  • 1 big handfull of haricot verts (frozen)
  • 1 big handfull of kale (frozen)
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 390 g tomato sauce with basil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Preparation

  1. Shred the carrot, chop the onion and add them to a pan on medium heat

  2. Fry it off for a minute in some oil

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and let everything simmer on low heat

  4. I served my dish with spagetti but it would work just as fine with quinoa, potatoes or rice

  5. Enjoy
