Vegan Fried Rice with Curry and Chorizo
Ingredients
- 1/2 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1/2 head of broccoli
- 2 sausages, vegan chorizo (140g)
- 2 dl green peas
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Salt and pepper
- 2 dl rice
Preparation
Start with cooking your rice.
Meanwhile chop the veggies and the sausage into small cubes or pieces.
Fry them off in some oil in a big pan.
When the veggies are starting to get some colour, add your spices.
Also add the rice when it is done and combine everything together.
Serve and enjoy.
