Vegan Three-Ingredient Chocolate Nests

Ingredients

  • 150g vegan chocolate
  • 2 shredded wheat biscuits
  • 16 vegan mini eggs

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate.

  2. Gently break up the shredded wheat biscuits using your hands and put them into a bowl.

  3. Pour the chocolate over the shredded wheat and mix to combine.

  4. Spoon the mixture into 8 cupcake cases and top with a couple mini chocolate eggs.

  5. Place in the fridge for around 30 minutes or until set.
