Chocolate Covered Pretzel Clusters

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cup broken pretzels
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1 1/4 cup vegan chocolate

Preparation

  1. Place chocolate in a double boiler and melt completely.

  2. Once melted, pour in the pretzels and peanuts until covered.

  3. Spoon the chocolate covered pretzels from the bowl and drop them in clusters on the parchment paper.

  4. Let them cool in the fridge.

Notes

  1. Dark chocolate is rich in minerals, antioxidants, and flavonoids that support cell protection, brain function, and cardiovascular health.
