Veggie Noodles with Peanut Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 300g noodles
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1/3 cup white sesame seeds
  • fresh oregano
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Huy Fong Sriracha Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Pour a tablespoon of olive oil into a wok over medium heat and chop the onion, red pepper, green pepper, and yellow pepper while the oil warms up.

  2. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped onion and cook for 5 minutes until soft.

  3. Add the chopped red, green, and yellow peppers and sauté until golden and soft.

  4. Cook the noodles according to package instructions.

  5. In a bowl, combine 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Sriracha chili sauce, and 1 tablespoon peanut butter until smooth.

  6. Add the cooked noodles to the wok with the vegetables.

  7. Pour the sauce over the mixture, stir well, and cook for 5 minutes at high heat.

  8. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and fresh oregano to finish.
