Banana and Spinach Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 egg or flaxseed egg
  • a handful of spinach
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop (25g) vanilla protein powder
  • 4 tbsp of wholemeal flour

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender

  2. Heat a tbsp of olive oil or coconut oil in a saucepan (medium - high heat) and spoon on the mixture to make mini pancakes

  3. Flip them to cook them on both sides and when golden, transfer on to a plate
