Chickpea Dumplings to Plump Up Monday
Ingredients
- 2 cups chickpea flour
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2/3 teaspoon garam masala
- A dash of water to create a batter consistency
Preparation
Boil some water in a pot before beginning.
Combine all dry ingredients together.
Add 1/4 cup of water and stir until you achieve a soft dough consistency.
Transfer the dough to a cutting board, roll it into a log, and cut it evenly into dumplings.
Gently place the dumplings into the boiling water, lower the heat, and simmer without a cover for 15-30 minutes until firm.
Serve the dumplings with curry, coconut yogurt, salad, rice, or enjoy them alone.
