Chocolate Hazelnut Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp coconut or vegetable oil 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup @elmhurst1925 hazelnut milk
- 1 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
- toppings:
- 1 tbsp fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp chocolate-hazelnut spread
- 1 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
Preparation
Place the flour, cocoa powder, salt, sugar and baking powder in a bowl and mix well
In another bowl combine the oil, vanilla, hazelnut milk and chocolate-hazelnut spread
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well
Pour into a cup, small dish or ramekin and either bake for 15 minutes at 180c/350f or microwave for 30-40 seconds
Top with blueberries, chocolate-hazelnut spread and hazelnuts
