Chocolate Hazelnut Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut or vegetable oil 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup @elmhurst1925 hazelnut milk
  • 1 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
  • toppings:
  • 1 tbsp fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chocolate-hazelnut spread
  • 1 tbsp chopped hazelnuts

Preparation

  1. Place the flour, cocoa powder, salt, sugar and baking powder in a bowl and mix well

  2. In another bowl combine the oil, vanilla, hazelnut milk and chocolate-hazelnut spread

  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well

  4. Pour into a cup, small dish or ramekin and either bake for 15 minutes at 180c/350f or microwave for 30-40 seconds

  5. Top with blueberries, chocolate-hazelnut spread and hazelnuts
