Chocolate Pumpkin Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (80g) oats
  • 1 scoop (40g) chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup (45g) pumpkin puree
  • 3 tablespoons egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or container

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight

  3. Stir and serve cold in the morning
