Delicious and Quick Glazed Mushrooms Dish
Ingredients
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp cornflour
Preparation
Cook the mushrooms in a saucepan of boiling water until softened, for about 5-7 minutes.
Meanwhile, add the onion to a non-stick frying pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Then add the tomato paste together with the mushrooms and sauté for a couple more minutes.
Next, pour in the water together with the tamari and cornflour.
Stir for 3-4 minutes over medium heat to allow the sauce to thicken.
