Delicious Gluten Free Bircher Muesli Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Blueberry Chia Buckwheat muesli
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 banana
  • handful of blueberries
  • sprinkle of pumpkin seeds
  • a few almonds

Preparation

  1. Add almond milk and muesli to a microwave-safe dish. Microwave for 60-90 seconds.

  2. Top with banana, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, and almonds. Enjoy.
