Grain-Free Passover Oatmeal Alternative
Ingredients
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 1/2 cup riced cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 3 tablespoons Lakanto PB powder
- 1 serving liquid monk fruit sweetener drops
Toppings
- blueberries
- mini vegan Enjoy Life Foods chocolate chips
- Trader Joe's raw creamy almond butter
Preparation
Mash the banana in the bottom of the oatmeal pan.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the protein powder and bring to a boil.
Stir in the protein powder last on low heat.
Tips
Optionally, add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds at the end without heat and cover to thicken.
Be careful with the amount of liquid to avoid adding too much.
