Easy Lambless Korma Curry with Vegetables
Ingredients
- Brown onions
- Oil
- Tender lambless pieces
- Marabel potatoes
- Vegetable stock pot
- 1 tablespoon korma powder
- Garam masala
- Onion salt
- Garlic
- Water
- Radishes
- Basmati rice
Preparation
Slice and fry brown onions in oil until caramelised.
Add tender lambless pieces to the pan.
Dice and boil Marabel potatoes, then add to the pan.
Add vegetable stock pot, korma powder, garam masala, onion salt, garlic, and water.
Stir in radishes for added crunch.
Serve with cooked basmati rice.
