French peach tarte tartin
Ingredients
- 5 peaches
- 1ts lemon juice
- 1tb plantbased butter
- 1tb maple syrup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 puff pastry
Preparation
Cut each peach in 12 or more even slices
Place in a pan
Add the rest of the ingredients
Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes until soft
Slide puff pastry into a baking dish and cover with peaches
Bake for 15-20 minutes 200degrees circulating air until golden
