French peach tarte tartin

Ingredients

  • 5 peaches⁣
  • 1ts lemon juice⁣
  • 1tb plantbased butter⁣
  • 1tb maple syrup⁣
  • 1/4 cup sugar⁣
  • 1/4 cup water⁣
  • 1 puff pastry⁣

Preparation

  1. Cut each peach in 12 or more even slices⁣

  2. Place in a pan⁣

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients⁣

  4. Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes until soft⁣

  5. Slide puff pastry into a baking dish and cover with peaches⁣

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes 200degrees circulating air until golden⁣
