gluten free pizza
Ingredients
- 21grams of cassava or coconut flour
- 1-2 tbsp italian seasoning
- 45grams of all purpose flour (gluten-free if you want it to be gluten free)
- dash of sea salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400f
Mix together ingredients for crust and place in a greased skillet pan
Grams of cassava or coconut flour
Jumbo or large egg whites (70grams) or ~3 small/medium egg whites
Tbsp italian seasoning
Grams of all purpose flour (gluten-free if you want it to be gluten free)
Grams (~1/3cup) of 0% greek yogurt
G (1tsp) of baking powder
Dash of sea salt
Bake for 10minutes, remove skillet from oven
Add toppings (for my pizza here i used: 1/4 cup pizza sauce, 1/3cup @organicvalley shredded mozzarella, and 7 @hormelfoods turkey pepperonis)
Bake for 5-6minutes more until cheese is melted (you could also broil this until done, but my fire alarm goes off everytime i use ours, so i just put mine back in the oven at 400f)
