Golden Milk Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tsp immunity blend
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 TBS maple syrup
  • 5 TBS chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Add milk, immunity blend, turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, and maple syrup to a saucepan.

  2. Bring to a quick boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Then sieve into a bowl, add chia seeds, and mix well.

  3. Pour into two separate jars and refrigerate overnight.

  4. Top as desired in the morning and serve cold.
