Green Lentil and Tomato Soup with Sourdough
Ingredients
- chopped onion
- garlic
- celery
- a tin of lentils
- tomato puree
- nutritional yeast
- vegetable stock
- black pepper
- crème fraîche for topping
- wholegrain sourdough bread
Preparation
Fry chopped onion, garlic, and celery.
Add a tin of lentils, tomato puree, nutritional yeast, vegetable stock, and black pepper.
Simmer until heated through.
Top with crème fraîche and serve with wholegrain sourdough bread.
