Homemade Vegan White Chocolate Cups

Ingredients

  • vegan white chocolate:
  • 1/2 cup melted cacao butter;
  • 2/3 cup melted coconut butter;
  • for colors: pink pitaya powder, blue spirulina, matcha...
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or raw cashew butter
  • 3 Tbsp Erythritol, Monkfruit (0 cal Sweeter)
  • For colors: pink Pitaya powder, blue spirulina, matcha

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour about 1 tsp into mini cupcake molds up on the sides and bottom (around 10-15 cupcakes)

  2. Put in the refrigerator until set

  3. For the fillings: Take out the cupcakes from the refrigerator and add your fillings

  4. You can add peanut butter or any other nut butter with some sweetener of your choice

  5. Or choose between, jams or Nutella

  6. Then cover with the remaining melted white chocolate

  7. Leave in the refrigerator again until set
