No-Bake Healthy Samosa Treats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup medjool dates
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup @ghirardelli dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil (or butter etc)

Preparation

  1. Toast coconut in oven at 400 for 10 minutes, watch so it doesn’t burn

  2. Add dates and coconut into food processor, then start to form dough balls with the mixture

  3. Remove 1 tablespoon size dough balls and form into a cookie, use a straw to make a hole

  4. Place cookies in the freezer for ten minutes and then melt chocolate and dip the bottom of the cookie

  5. Drizzle chocolate on top and place back in the freezer, eat right away or store in the fridge
