Healthified Take 5 Candy Cups

Ingredients

  • 7-8 medjool dates
  • 1 oz. peanuts or cashews
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 bar Lily's Sweets sea salt chocolate bar
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil
  • mini pretzels

Preparation

  1. Blend the mixture in a food processor until a dough forms.

  2. Press 1 heaping tablespoon into the bottom of 8 lightly greased muffin pan slots.

  3. Melt 1 bar of Lily's Sweets sea salt chocolate bar with 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil, then pour over each.

  4. Top each with two mini pretzels and freeze until firm.
