Peanut Butter Jammy Cups

Ingredients

  • 150g of any chocolate
  • 6 teaspoons peanut butter
  • 6 teaspoons jam
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Line a cupcake tin with 6 cupcake cases.

  2. Melt all the chocolate and add the coconut oil until it’s melted in the chocolate too.

  3. Use half the chocolate to line the bottom of each cupcake case and put in the fridge to chill.

  4. Once set, scoop 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on top of each, then add a teaspoon of jam.

  5. Distribute the rest of the melted chocolate on top of the layers and put back in the fridge for at least an hour.

  6. Peel them out of the cases and enjoy.
