Nutritious Avocado Toast with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 1 spoon coriander leaves chopped
- 1 spoon chopped onion greens
- 1 tsp chopped green chilies (as per your taste)
- 1 lemon
- Salt as per taste
- Pomegranate
- Sesame seeds
Preparation
Cut the avocado.
Scoop out the inside into a bowl.
Immediately squeeze some lemon on top to prevent browning.
Add some salt.
Add finely chopped coriander leaves.
Add finely chopped green chilies.
Add finely chopped onion greens.
Mix and mash the avocado with a fork.
Take a piece of toast.
Spread the creamy avocado mixture on it.
Sprinkle pomegranate generously on top.
Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
