Pomegranate and Orange Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 big pomegranate
  • 2 oranges
  • 5 dried figs
  • 2 tbsp of orange blossom water
  • a handful of pistachios

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, seed the pomegranate and cut the dried figs into small chunks. Add the orange blossom water, stir a little, and let rest in the fridge for 1 hour.

  2. Meanwhile, extract the oranges' wedges by running the knife between each orange wedge to separate the flesh from the membrane. Do not discard the core with the membranes; press them in a small bowl to obtain the juice.

  3. After one hour of rest, pour the orange juice over the pomegranate and figs mixture and add the orange supremes and pistachios.

  4. Serve and enjoy.
