Bastani Persian Saffron Pistachio Nice Cream
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, frozen
- Pinch of saffron
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 tablespoon rosewater
- Dash of vanilla
Toppings
- 1/3 cup crushed pistachios
Preparation
Crush a pinch of saffron and mix it with 1 tablespoon of hot water; let it sit for 2 minutes.
Place the frozen bananas, saffron mixture, 1 tablespoon rosewater, and dash of vanilla in a food processor.
Process until smooth.
Top with crushed pistachios and enjoy.
