Bastani Persian Saffron Pistachio Nice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, frozen
  • Pinch of saffron
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1 tablespoon rosewater
  • Dash of vanilla

Toppings

  • 1/3 cup crushed pistachios

Preparation

  1. Crush a pinch of saffron and mix it with 1 tablespoon of hot water; let it sit for 2 minutes.

  2. Place the frozen bananas, saffron mixture, 1 tablespoon rosewater, and dash of vanilla in a food processor.

  3. Process until smooth.

  4. Top with crushed pistachios and enjoy.
