Roasted Peach and Cherry Tomato Burrata Salad

- Burrata
- Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
Cut the cherry tomatoes and the peach.
Add them to an oven-safe dish along with extra virgin olive oil and thyme.
Bake at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
