Roasted Peach and Cherry Tomato Burrata Salad

Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Peach
  • Burrata
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Thyme
  • Lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Cut the cherry tomatoes and the peach.

  2. Add them to an oven-safe dish along with extra virgin olive oil and thyme.

  3. Bake at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes.

  4. For serving, place the burrata on a plate, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, add thyme, then add the roasted cherry tomatoes and peach quarters, and a bit of lemon juice.
