Tomato and Burrata Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 large good quality tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1 burrata

Preparation

  1. Slice the tomatoes across rather than down.

  2. Lay them in a dish, sprinkle over the salt, put the burrata in the center, and drizzle over the olive oil.

  3. When serving, serve from the bottom to allow the top tomatoes to drop down into the olive oil.
