Savory Avocado Toast with Sweet Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 slices vegan sunflower rye bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • mushrooms
  • minced garlic
  • a few tablespoons coconut aminos

Preparation

  1. Wash and slice the mushrooms

  2. Add a bit of water to the pan, cover, and steam or soften on medium heat

  3. Remove the lid and add minced garlic to sauté with the mushrooms

  4. Add a few tablespoons of coconut aminos

  5. Toast the bread slices

  6. Mash the avocado and spread it on the toasted bread

  7. Top with the mushroom mixture and serve
