Avocado Toast with Pili Nut Parmesan

Ingredients

  • avocado
  • low carb bread
  • mushrooms
  • tahini
  • spinach
  • earth seeds
  • pili nut Parmesan cheese
  • garlic
  • onion
  • truffle salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Toast the low carb bread until golden brown.

  2. In a skillet, sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.

  3. Mash the avocado or slice it for topping.

  4. Prepare other toppings such as mushrooms, tahini, spinach, and earth seeds as desired.

  5. Assemble by spreading avocado on the toasted bread and adding the sautéed garlic and onion, mushrooms, tahini, spinach, earth seeds, truffle salt and pepper, and sprinkling with pili nut Parmesan cheese.
