Sesame Ginger Cabbage Slaw
Ingredients
Sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce (tamari is gluten free)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili sauce
- 1 tsp of maple syrup or Bee Maplye Syrup (you can also use date paste)
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil - OR #OilFree version - 1 tsp of water
Salad
- 4 cups of red cabbage, thinly sliced
Topping
- 1 tsp of sesame seeds
Preparation
Sauce
Combine by stirring in a bowl.
Salad
Throw cabbage in a bowl - pour sauce on top and massage until soft. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy.
