Crunchy Vegetables and Soft Spicy Tofu
Ingredients
- 1/4 pack of tofu
- handful of green beens
- handful of tenderstem broccoli
- 1 inch piece of ginger
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1/2 a red chilli
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- soya sauce to taste
Preparation
Drain the tofu & then cut into cubes
Heat 1 tsp of sesame oil in a wok & add the tofu, fry until crispy on the sides. About 5 mins.
Trim the veggies and then add them in too along with the ginger, chilli & garlic (all finely chopped)
Fry for about 5-7 mins and then serve with an extra drizzle of sesame oil, seeds and soya sauce
