Crunchy Vegetables and Soft Spicy Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pack of tofu
  • handful of green beens
  • handful of tenderstem broccoli
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1/2 a red chilli
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • soya sauce to taste

Preparation

  1. Drain the tofu & then cut into cubes

  2. Heat 1 tsp of sesame oil in a wok & add the tofu, fry until crispy on the sides. About 5 mins.

  3. Trim the veggies and then add them in too along with the ginger, chilli & garlic (all finely chopped)

  4. Fry for about 5-7 mins and then serve with an extra drizzle of sesame oil, seeds and soya sauce
