Easy Sticky Sesame Chickpeas Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp corn starch

Preparation

  1. Heat up the chickpeas in a non-stick pan, using a little oil if necessary.

  2. While they warm up, whisk together all of the other ingredients.

  3. Pour the sauce over your chickpeas and stir it in.

  4. Wait a minute until it thickens and it is ready to serve.
