Easy Sticky Sesame Chickpeas Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp corn starch
Preparation
Heat up the chickpeas in a non-stick pan, using a little oil if necessary.
While they warm up, whisk together all of the other ingredients.
Pour the sauce over your chickpeas and stir it in.
Wait a minute until it thickens and it is ready to serve.
