Simple Roasted Vegetables with Garlic and Seasoning
Ingredients
- 1 tbs JF Everything seasoning
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 kg veggies
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a large bowl, add everything seasoning, oil, garlic and mix well.
Chop veggies and add to the bowl.
Mix all together and coat evenly.
Bake in a lined tray for 30 minutes or until cooked.
This dish is great as a side, for bulk meal prep, or as a full bowl of veggies. Enjoy.
