Simple Roasted Vegetables with Garlic and Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs JF Everything seasoning
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 kg veggies

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. In a large bowl, add everything seasoning, oil, garlic and mix well.

  3. Chop veggies and add to the bowl.

  4. Mix all together and coat evenly.

  5. Bake in a lined tray for 30 minutes or until cooked.

  6. This dish is great as a side, for bulk meal prep, or as a full bowl of veggies. Enjoy.
