Spicy Cajun Potatoes with Ketchup Dip

Ingredients

  • 9-10 small gold potatoes
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2-1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tbsp paprika

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425F

  2. Cut 9-10 small gold potatoes into quarters

  3. Add potatoes to a bowl

  4. Coat potatoes with 1 tbsp avocado oil, 1/2 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1/2-1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, 1 tsp thyme, and 1/2 tbsp paprika

  5. Mix the spices together well before adding to the potatoes

  6. Grease a baking sheet and add the potatoes

  7. Bake for 30 minutes at 425F, flipping halfway through

  8. Serve with a side of ketchup

  9. Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste, as it can be spicy

  10. Try not to eat them all in one sitting to avoid overindulgence
