Spicy Cajun Potatoes with Ketchup Dip
Ingredients
- 9-10 small gold potatoes
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2-1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425F
Cut 9-10 small gold potatoes into quarters
Add potatoes to a bowl
Coat potatoes with 1 tbsp avocado oil, 1/2 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1/2-1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, 1 tsp thyme, and 1/2 tbsp paprika
Mix the spices together well before adding to the potatoes
Grease a baking sheet and add the potatoes
Bake for 30 minutes at 425F, flipping halfway through
Serve with a side of ketchup
Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste, as it can be spicy
Try not to eat them all in one sitting to avoid overindulgence
