Ingredients

  • 100g spelt flour
  • 100ml soy milk
  • 100ml sparkling water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 10g cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar

Fillings

  • chocolate cuts
  • pomegranate
  • raspberries
  • roasted peanut pieces

Preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients to make the batter.

  2. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

  3. Fry the crepes on both sides.
