Fluffy Vanilla Blueberry Pancakes
Ingredients
- 100g spelt flour
- 20g coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- about 100ml soy milk
- about 100ml sparkling water
Preparation
Add the soy milk and sparkling water to the dry mixture to form a smooth batter.
Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden.
