Vegan Grain-Free Chocolate Collagen Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp blanched almond flour
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp @copinaco Cacao Calm powder
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Preparation
In a mug, add your dry ingredients and mix well.
Add your almond butter and milk and mix until a smooth batter remains. If it is too thick, add a little extra milk.
Fold in your chocolate chips.
Top with extra chocolate chips or mix-ins of choice.
Microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until cooked.
Allow the mug cake to sit for one minute before enjoying.
