Vegan Grain-Free Chocolate Collagen Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp blanched almond flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp @copinaco Cacao Calm powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. In a mug, add your dry ingredients and mix well.

  2. Add your almond butter and milk and mix until a smooth batter remains. If it is too thick, add a little extra milk.

  3. Fold in your chocolate chips.

  4. Top with extra chocolate chips or mix-ins of choice.

  5. Microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until cooked.

  6. Allow the mug cake to sit for one minute before enjoying.
