Vegan Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp glúten free flour;
  • 1 1/2 tbsp raw cacao powder;
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar (or 0cal);
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder;
  • 1/8 tsp salt;
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter;
  • 1/4 cup nut milk;
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract;

Preparation

  1. In a mug, gently heat the milk and peanut butter and stir to dissolve

  2. Combine all the ingredients and put a piece of chocolate in the center of the batter and microwave for about 50 seconds

  3. Open the door to let the heat escape, then microwave for another 10 seconds

  4. Let it cool before serving
