Vegan quiche lorraine

Ingredients

  • For the dough: ⁣
  • 330g flour ⁣
  • 150g magarine ⁣
  • 80ml water ⁣
  • 1/2ts seasalt⁣
  • For the filling:⁣
  • 200g natural tofu⁣
  • 200g silk tofu⁣
  • 200g smoked tofu⁣
  • 1/2 leek⁣
  • 2tb starch⁣
  • 4tb soy sauce⁣
  • 100-150g plantbased cheese ⁣
  • Salt, pepper⁣
  • Nutmeg⁣
  • rosemary, parsley⁣
  • Tumeric⁣

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven on 180degrees (c) two-sided heat⁣

  2. Put flour in a bowl with salt⁣

  3. Put the magarine in small bits in the bowl and knead the dough with a fork ⁣

  4. Place in greased, round baking tin and spread on ground and sides⁣

  5. Mix natural tofu, starch, silk tofu and spices in a mixer until smooth⁣

  6. Dry the smoked tofu with a kitchen towel⁣

  7. Slice up the smoked tofu in small cubes and fry in olive oil⁣

  8. Add the chopped leek⁣

  9. Deglaze with soy sauce⁣

  10. Place aside to cool down⁣

  11. Add the leek tofu on top of the dough⁣

  12. Add plant based cheese to the tofu mix⁣

  13. Place on top of the dough⁣

  14. Bake for 40 minutes⁣
