Vegan Toast with Sautéed Vegetables and Seeds

Ingredients

  • sourdough bread, toasted
  • olive oil
  • cherry tomatoes
  • beets
  • sweet onions
  • spinach
  • black sesame seeds
  • hemp seeds
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

  1. Sauté tomatoes, beets, onions and spinach in 1 1/2 tsp olive oil.

  2. Place on toasted sourdough bread.

  3. Top with black sesame seeds, hemp seeds, salt and pepper.

  4. Enjoy!
