Vitamin-Packed Fruit Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • soy yogurt
  • red fruits (frozen and fresh)
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • some fresh mango
  • (homemade) granola
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Heat some frozen red fruits in a pan. Add a big splash of water and a tablespoon of maple syrup.

  2. Boil the fruits on high heat and keep stirring. When the fruits start to soften, mash them with a fork.

  3. When you have a nice sauce, remove the pan from the heat.

  4. Cut the mango and the orange and wash the fresh red fruits and mint leaves.

  5. Assemble the yogurt bowl by layering soy yogurt, fruit sauce, fresh fruits, mango, orange, mint, and granola.
